1. Sponsor

The Napa Valley Rally Experience Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Kindred Motorworks located at 685 Walnut Ave, Vallejo, CA 94592 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the [50 United States and District of who are at least [21] years of age at the time of entry.

Because the prize includes the opportunity to operate a Kindred vehicle, the winner must possess a valid driver’s license and satisfy any additional driving, insurance, waiver, or eligibility requirements established by Sponsor.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor and its affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate households are not eligible to enter.

Additional eligibility restrictions may apply as described below.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on Monday, October 19th at 9 AM PST Pacific Time and ends on Saturday, October 24th at 5 PM Pacific Time (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, visit [SWEEPSTAKES LANDING PAGE] and complete the official entry form, including all required information.

Limit [ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON / OTHER ENTRY LIMIT] during the Sweepstakes Period.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number provided at the time of entry and must respond within 48 hours of notification.

The potential winner may be required to complete and return eligibility documentation, liability/publicity releases, travel information, driving waivers, or other documentation requested by Sponsor before being confirmed as the winner.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required timeframe, is unable to attend the experience on the designated dates, or is otherwise determined to be ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

6. The Prize

One (1) winner will receive a Napa Valley Rally Experience for the winner and one (1) guest, currently anticipated to include:

• Round-trip travel to Napa Valley for up to two (2) guests.
• A two-night stay for up to two (2) guests at a Napa Valley hotel.
• Participation in the Kindred Napa Valley Rally on November 14, 2026, including the opportunity for the winner to get behind the wheel of a Kindred vehicle, subject to driving eligibility requirements and Sponsor approval.
• A Napa Valley experience alongside Kindred fan Michael Strahan, subject to availability and the terms described in these Official Rules.
• An exclusive wine and food tasting experience at Inglenook for up to two (2) guests.

Actual value may vary depending on travel origin, accommodations, transportation costs, and other factors.

7. Travel & Experience Requirements

The winner and guest must be available to travel on the dates designated by Sponsor, currently anticipated to be [NOVEMBER 13–15, 2026], with the Napa Valley Rally taking place on November 14, 2026.

Winner and guest are responsible for possessing all identification and documentation required for travel.

Unless expressly included in the prize description, meals, gratuities, ground transportation, incidental hotel expenses, parking, insurance, and other personal expenses are the responsibility of the winner and guest.

Travel arrangements will be determined by Sponsor. No changes to confirmed travel arrangements may be permitted.

8. Driving Requirements

Participation in any driving portion of the Napa Valley Rally is subject to additional requirements.

The winner must hold a valid driver’s license, execute any required releases or waivers, comply with all applicable laws and Sponsor instructions, and meet any insurance or other requirements established by Sponsor.

Sponsor reserves the right to restrict or prohibit a participant from operating a vehicle if Sponsor determines, in its reasonable discretion, that doing so would present a safety, legal, insurance, or operational concern.

9. Guest Requirements

The winner may bring one (1) guest.

Because the experience includes alcoholic beverages, the guest must be 21 years of age or older.

The guest may be required to execute liability, publicity, travel, and/or participation releases before participating in any portion of the prize.

10. Michael Strahan Participation

The anticipated participation of Michael Strahan is subject to scheduling, availability, and circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.

The prize does not guarantee any specific amount of individual interaction, photograph, autograph, private meeting, or other personal engagement with Michael Strahan unless expressly stated by Sponsor.

If his participation becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor reserves the right to modify the experience or provide a substitute component of equal or greater value, where appropriate.

11. Alcoholic Beverages

Certain portions of the experience may include wine or other alcoholic beverages. Alcohol consumption is optional and limited to individuals 21 years of age or older.

Participants are expected to consume responsibly. No participant may operate a Kindred vehicle while impaired or after consuming alcohol in violation of Sponsor’s event safety policies or applicable law.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify driving privileges or transportation arrangements as necessary to protect participant safety.

12. Prize Restrictions

The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s discretion. No substitution is permitted except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component of equal or greater value if an advertised component becomes unavailable.

Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize.

13. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, statements, and biographical information for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes without additional compensation, subject to applicable law.

14. Release & Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, partners, agencies, employees, officers, directors, and representatives from claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Additional releases and waivers may be required before participation in travel, driving, or other activities associated with the prize.

15. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control affect the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Sweepstakes are final and binding to the extent permitted by law.

16. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with Kindred Motorworks’ Privacy Policy and used to administer the Sweepstakes and for any additional purposes disclosed at the time of entry.
