Revolutionizing Vintage Vehicles with Modern Tech
When it comes to vehicle design, Kindred Motorworks does stuff a bit differently. Our design philosophy is to modernize vintage vehicles, making them safer, more efficient, and more powerful without losing the spirit of that classic car.
During the design process, each Kindred Motoworks vehicle is broken down into 100 to 150 subsystems to figure out the best solution for a particular Kindred model. The gathered knowledge is documented in Kindred’s proprietary software, Blueprint, in order to reproduce the same design with each new vehicle. Because Kindred receives vehicles in all conditions, the Blueprint technology takes into account the original state of the vehicle and provides specific instructions on the path to restoring that particular model.
Safety is at the heart of every project at Kindred Motorworks. To ensure safety, Kindred vehicles do not retain any of the original braking systems. We take the latest braking technology and apply it to our vehicles for state-of-the-art safety systems. Brakes are upgraded to Hydroboost Powered 4 Wheel Disc Brakes or 4 Wheel Power Disc Brakes. Modern conveniences are added including car locks, car windows, media centers, cup holders, heated seats, and more in the original aesthetic.
